Apakah LegacyReady?

LegacyReady membantu keluarga menyusun lokasi maklumat penting, arahan umum, pihak untuk dihubungi dan tindakan kesiapsiagaan. Ia bukan wasiat, surat kuasa mentadbir atau pengganti nasihat profesional.

Adakah LegacyReady menyimpan kata laluan atau OTP?

Tidak. Pengguna diingatkan supaya tidak merekodkan kata laluan, PIN, OTP, CVV, nombor akaun penuh, private key atau recovery phrase dalam sistem.

Adakah AI membuat keputusan bagi pihak keluarga?

Tidak. AI hanya membantu cadangan kategori, ringkasan kesiapsiagaan dan pelan tindakan berdasarkan maklumat terhad. Keputusan undang-undang, kewangan dan keluarga kekal pada pengguna dan profesional berkaitan.

Bagaimanakah sistem melindungi akses?

Sistem menggunakan pengesahan akaun, CSRF, sesi yang tamat apabila tidak aktif, had kadar permintaan, rekod audit dan kawalan akses mengikut pengguna atau peranan.

Menyusun maklumat dan menetapkan penerima yang dipercayai.

Apakah maklumat yang sesuai direkodkan?

Rekodkan nama item, penyedia, lokasi dokumen, arahan umum untuk mencarinya dan pihak yang boleh dihubungi. Jangan masukkan rahsia log masuk atau butiran kewangan penuh.

Bagaimanakah saya memilih penerima maklumat?

Daftarkan penerima dengan maklumat hubungan yang tepat, kemudian pilih individu tersebut sebagai penerima laporan dalam tetapan akses penerima.

Adakah kad keahlian memberi akses terus kepada data saya?

Tidak. Kad dan kod QR hanya membolehkan semakan kesahihan serta memulakan proses rasmi. Pemilik boleh menjana semula atau menyahaktifkan kad tersebut.

Bilakah maklumat boleh dilepaskan?

Hanya penerima yang telah dipilih boleh memohon. Mereka perlu memadankan maklumat hubungan, melengkapkan dua OTP dan melalui semakan pentadbir serta tempoh menunggu.

Penerima Maklumat

Pengesahan identiti, permohonan dan penerimaan laporan.

Siapakah yang boleh membuat permohonan?

Hanya penerima yang direkodkan dan dipilih oleh pemilik, dengan e-mel serta nombor telefon yang sepadan, boleh meneruskan proses.

Apakah pengesahan yang diperlukan?

Anda perlu memberikan ID keahlian, e-mel dan telefon yang sepadan, kemudian mengesahkan dua kod OTP berbeza yang dihantar melalui e-mel dan SMS.

Bolehkah saya melihat inventori terus dalam portal?

Tidak. Portal penerima hanya digunakan untuk permohonan, pengesahan dan semakan status. Inventori atau laporan pemilik tidak dipaparkan terus dalam portal.

Bagaimanakah laporan dihantar selepas diluluskan?

Selepas semakan pentadbir dan tempoh menunggu tamat, laporan PDF berkunci dihantar melalui e-mel. Kata laluan rawak dihantar secara berasingan melalui SMS.

General

Essential information about using and protecting LegacyReady.

What is LegacyReady?

LegacyReady helps families organise the locations of important information, general instructions, relevant contacts and readiness actions. It is not a will, grant of representation or substitute for professional advice.

Does LegacyReady store passwords or OTPs?

No. Users are reminded not to record passwords, PINs, OTPs, CVVs, full account numbers, private keys or recovery phrases in the system.

Does AI make decisions for the family?

No. AI only assists with category suggestions, readiness summaries and action plans based on limited information. Legal, financial and family decisions remain with users and relevant professionals.

How does the system protect access?

The system uses account verification, CSRF protection, inactivity timeouts, request rate limits, audit records and user- or role-based access controls.

Information Owner

Organising information and appointing a trusted recipient.

What information should I record?

Record the item name, provider, document location, general retrieval instructions and relevant contacts. Do not enter login secrets or complete financial details.

How do I appoint an information recipient?

Register the recipient with accurate contact details, then appoint that person in the recipient access settings.

Does the membership card provide direct access to my data?

No. The card and QR code only support validity checks and initiation of the official process. The owner can regenerate or revoke the card.

When can information be released?

Only an appointed recipient may apply. They must match their contact details, complete two OTP checks and pass administrator review and the waiting period.

Information Recipient

Identity verification, application and report delivery.

Who may submit an application?

Only a recipient recorded and appointed by the owner, with matching email and phone details, may continue with the process.

What verification is required?

You must provide the matching membership ID, email and phone number, then verify two different OTPs delivered through email and SMS.

Can I view the inventory directly in the portal?

No. The recipient portal is only for applications, verification and status checks. The owner’s inventory or report is never displayed directly in the portal.

How is an approved report delivered?

After administrator review and the waiting period, a password-protected PDF is delivered by email. Its randomly generated password is sent separately by SMS.
